Simila, as the name suggests was founded by owners Simon & Ludmila. We have over 16 years experience in Property Rentals and Management and have bought and sold many properties over the years, completing everything from full builds to renovations...

In 2015 we expanded the business to include a fleet of modern vehicles, from small economical hatchbacks to large 7 seater people carriers available for Car Hire Rent in Cyprus.
